Important: In recent versions of Android (after 4.2), you need to enable developer options before using this app.

1. Open the Settings app.
2. (Only on Android 8.0 or higher) Select System.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select About phone.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Build number 7 times.

After enabling developer options, you can use this app.

This tool is a simple tool for developers. It provides a user interface similar to Settings -> Applications -> Development, allowing you to toggle settings such as USB Debugging. Please note that the appearance of the options may differ from the screenshots, depending on your device.

I personally find this tool useful and have placed it on my home screen. It was originally developed for practice and my own use.

Please be aware that this tool is not a USB driver. If you are unable to connect your device to your PC, you may need to download and install a USB driver from your device vendor's site.

PS: I received an inquiry, so I would like to add some notes. Initially, I attempted to create this tool as a widget that directly toggles USB Debugging settings when touched. However, this approach is not recommended since Android 1.5. Therefore, I decided to use a normal activity that simply launches the Settings UI and then closes.
